Duties include, but not limited to, brand protection through the trademark application at the United States Patent and Trademark Office - which our licensed attorney oversees. This includes preparing and filing trademark applications in the U.S. and globally, trademark searching and analysis, trademark agreements, maintenance and renewal of trademark registrations, and trademark infringement investigations.
